Job Description
- Manage and overseeing the daily accounting activities
- Provide accounting support for the Company’s new product or business initiatives
- Ensure timely and accurate Month, Quarter and Year-End Closing and Reporting
- Perform Intercompany Reconciliation
- Review Sub General Ledger (Such as Fixed Asset Module and Schedules, Subscription Schedule, etc)
- Regularly produce financial reports or statements
- Assist in preparing the annual audit packages
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Works closely to finance system team to develop new accounting systems
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of process
- Participate in ad-hoc projects
Requirement
- BS degree in Accounting
- Experienced in an accounting firm at least 1.5 years is preferable
- Familiar with SAP Accounting Software is preferable
- Excellent computer literate in Ms Office and Excel
- Strong sense of ownership
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines, with excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
- Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in team as well as individually
- Good time-management skills
- Fluent in Bahasa and English
