Accounting Analyst

Job Description

  • Manage and overseeing the daily accounting activities
  • Provide accounting support for the Company’s new product or business initiatives
  • Ensure timely and accurate Month, Quarter and Year-End Closing and Reporting
  • Perform Intercompany Reconciliation
  • Review Sub General Ledger (Such as Fixed Asset Module and Schedules, Subscription Schedule, etc)
  • Regularly produce financial reports or statements
  • Assist in preparing the annual audit packages
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits
  • Works closely to finance system team to develop new accounting systems
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of process
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects

Requirement

  • BS degree in Accounting
  • Experienced in an accounting firm at least 1.5 years is preferable
  • Familiar with SAP Accounting Software is preferable
  • Excellent computer literate in Ms Office and Excel
  • Strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to meet assigned deadlines, with excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
  • Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in team as well as individually
  • Good time-management skills
  • Fluent in Bahasa and English
