What You’ll Be Doing:
- The position is structured to Endorse our product to potential customer (weekly target), generate new product and service sales leads and to nurture marketing leads
- New sales lead will be identified through outbound Direct Marketing phone calls, direct email and captured it in the data base.
- Direct Marketing activities include participation in outbound calling of specified segment marketing campaigns, qualification of customer contact information, and nurturing of leads until they are sales-ready.
- Responsible for making contacts to customers to ensure there are no obstacles in using Sellfazz before the end of the active period.
- Deliver best-in-class support service to Sellfazz customer. Support specific Product & Service follow-up initiatives including customer satisfaction surveys, quote follow-up, TeleMarketing quote generation, closing, and follow-up.
- Assistance with Marketing, Sales, Service, and Administration functions as required including assembly and fulfillment of campaigns (such as mailers), and compilation of reports and statistics.
We’re looking for:
- Background from any major
- Experience min. 1 year at CRM / Customer Service field
- Experienct in telemarketing, email marketing
- Have a basic knowledge about ads/leeds generation will be plus
- Communicative, Diligent, Detail Oriented
- Conscientious, Trustworthy, Positive Attitude.
