What You’ll Be Doing
- Responsible for all direct marketing channels.
- Produce content for direct marketing channels such as Email, SMS and Push Notification
- Create end to end campaign through customer lifecycle journey
- Define and manage the roadmap to company direct marketing channels success in growth and engagement
- Regularly monitor competitor newsletter and create competitor analysis reports
- Keep up to date with any direct marketing trends
- Assist with the planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to the website
What Skills We’re Looking For
- Bachelor degree/ master from Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related field
- Plan preparation (identifying objectives and tactics, recommendations, evaluations and budget allocation)
- Has experience on created Media scheduling, Media Budget Allocation & Management to include ongoing plan management to monitor progress and trouble-shoot/execute changes if needed
- Manage Customer life cycle journey Platform (Lean Plum/insider/clever tap etc)
- Deadline oriented
- Team Player ability to contribute to overall business growth via account expansion and new business projects.
