Finance, Accounting & Tax Specialist (Surabaya Office)

Job Description:

  • Provide accounting support for the Company’s new product or business initiatives
  • Ensure timely and accurate Month, Quarter and Year-End Closing and Reporting
  • Perform Intercompany Reconciliation
  • Review Sub General Ledger (Such as Fixed Asset Module and Schedules, Subscription Schedule, Receivable Schedule, etc)
  • Prepare SOP in the Finance area
  • Prepare Accounting policy
  • Prepare and submit a monthly tax return
  • Maintain DGT Forms
  • Preparing tax and tax base reconciliations
  • Regularly produce financial reports or statements
  • Assist in preparing the annual audit packages
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits
  • Develop and submit a reporting package to the Parent Company.
  • Works closely to finance system team to develop new accounting systems
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of process
  • participate in ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • BS degree in Accounting
  • Experienced in an accounting firm at least 2-3 years
  • Domicile at Surabaya Area
  • Strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to meet assigned deadlines, with excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
  • Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Fluent in Bahasa and English
