What You’ll Be Doing

  • Analyzing compensation & benefit programs and administering employee’s compensation & benefit implementations in order to be align with Company’s policies and procedure
  • Administering and maintaining employee’s compensation and benefit programs
  • Analyzing and administering salary offer and increment request
  • Coordinating and monitoring employee’s payroll to third parties
  • Reviewing and evaluating insurance plans and benefit programs, and handling contract renewal
  • Analyzing and proposing benefit

What Skills We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor Degree (Management)
  • Experience Minimum 2-3 years experience as Compensation and Benefit Officer
