Job Description

  • Build, lead and manage HQ and regional product operation team to create seamless merchant onboarding experience, also to maintain and retain priority merchant account.
  • Build account management system to monitor and manage performance of regional operation team.
  • Identify, plan and implement initiatives/projects for business process improvement and standardization for hardware/inventory management operation, account management and retention, merchant onboarding operation, and customer service operation by coordinating with related division.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum experience 5 years in account management and operation management
  • Experience in leading operation teams for banking, financial service industry, or in software as a service (SAAS) company is a plus
  • Result-driven and have a high attention to detail
